Did not assemble the furniture

I just used your services to move my household goods from Hyderabad to Pune. At hyderabad, the service was good. Here at Pune, your services were poor and incomplete. The bed and dining table had to be assembled but they refused to do it. They even refused to unpack the furniture items. I paid in full but did not get the basic services. Please send someone to assemble the table and beds. Your company came recommended and I am very disappointed.
